  • 10KWH/20KWH per day, depending type studio or apartment. If allotted amounts are exceeded the difference will be settled with the security deposit. Cost of electricity $0.50/kWh. All apartments have their own electricity meter to monitor usage.

  • End-cleaning US$80

Check out and check in

Check-in time at Curaçao Gardens is from 4pm on the day of arrival.

Arriving early? No problem. You can safely store your luggage in the storage of Curaçao Gardens Curacao.

Check-in prior to 4pm may be available subject to prior arrangement with Curaçao Gardens Curacao and subject to the full range of services and facilities at the apartments not being available until the standard check in time.

Regular check-out time at the hotel booked is 11 am.

Later check-out times may be possible by prior arrangement with an additional charge of $50 and subject to availability.

Settlement, Guarantee & Cancellation

Standard rate

  • 30% of the total amount will be charged within two days after the reservation is booked.  The balance amount (70%) of the total price of your stay is due on arrival.

  • A refundable security deposit of US$100 is due on arrival.

  • Cancellation is free of charge until 30 days prior to the date of arrival; we will refund your deposit in full.

  • Cancellation between 30 days and 24 hours prior to the date of arrival; we retain 100% of the deposit amount as cancellation costs.

  • Cancellation within 24 hours prior to arrival, no-show or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent; 100% of the total price will be charged as cancellation costs.


Full flexible rate 

  • The reservation has to be confirmed by your valid credit card details.

  • Please note that we charge the full amount of your reservation on arrival.

  • A refundable security deposit of US$100 is due on arrival.

  • Cancellation is free of charge until 24 hours prior to the date of arrival.

  • Cancellation within 24 hours prior to arrival, no-show or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent; 100% of the total price will be charged as cancellation costs. 

 

Non refundable rate

  • 100% of the total amount will be charged within two days after the reservation is booked.

  • A refundable security deposit of US$100 is due on arrival.

  • Cancellation, no-show or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent; 100% of the total price is charged as cancellation costs. 

  • Curaçao Gardens may at any time cancel the Booking if the payment details provided by the Customer are invalid and the Customer fails to provide alternative valid details.

  • We always advise our guests to take travel insurance.

Children

At Curaçao Gardens, we extend a warm welcome to guests aged 8 and above. We are dedicated to ensuring a comfortable stay for families seeking to create lasting memories together during their holiday. Kindly note that we do not offer cribs or high chairs for children under 8 years old. An additional bed (available for a supplementary fee) is subject to availability and must be requested at the time of reservation. Please be aware that not all rooms can accommodate an extra bed.
